How much does it cost to sell on ArtPotteryPlace.com?

Art Pottery Place charges a flat fee of $1.00 per listing. If your item is sold you'll be charged 5.0% on the sale price.

Are there optional additional features that may incur a fee?

When creating your listing there are additional features that are entirely optional that available for an extra charge.  These features are good for the duration of your listing or until your item is sold.  Optional additional features include the following:

• Home Page Featured $10.00
• Category Feature $5.00
• Home Page Gallery $5.00
• Highlight Listing $1.00
• Bold Listing $1.00

When do I get charged for my item listing fees?

You'll be charged your listing fee ($1.00) and any fees for optional services you select when you list your item.  The final sales commission (5.0%) will be charged when the item is sold.

How long is my item listed?

Listing can last up to 30 days from the date of listing or until sold.  You have the option to automatically relist your item up to three times.  Listing fees are charged on relists. 

When am I invoiced?

ArtPotteryPlace.com invoices sellers on the 1st of the month.

How can I pay for my invoice?

You'll have 7 days to pay for your invoice and your invoice can be paid via credit card or paypal. Failure to pay your fees will result in your acount being terminated.

I do not have a credit card is there another way of paying my invoices?

ArtPotteryPlace.com prefers credit card on paypal payments. However, payments by check or money order are also accepted. Please email and we will provide the necessary details. Upon receipt of funds, we will credit your account accordingly.

How do I view my invoice?

Your invoice can be viewed at any time by signing into your account. To view your invoice click on myaccount in the top navigation bar, look under account then click billing details. On the right hand side there will be a view invoice button.
